Corduroy Run
This Ellicottville home was designed as a modern midcentury ski retreat - clean lines, warm wood tones, and just the right amount of mountain comfort. The kitchen is the heart of it, anchored by a generous island that’s perfect for quick breakfasts before first chair and ski-day wind-down snacks with friends gathered around. Downstairs, the lower level becomes the unwind zone with a sleek, relaxed lounge feel -ready for movie nights, game days, and extra guests. From lighting and finishes to layout and thoughtful details, every choice was made with intention so the home feels cohesive, inviting, and built for real life in the mountains.

Ridge Road
This new build in Ellicottville is nestled in the hills and designed for timeless comfort with an elevated, livable feel. The kitchen is the heart of the home, featuring soft putty-toned cabinetry, a warm wood island, solid quartz countertops, and custom milled wood floors that bring natural warmth and depth. Just beyond, the walk-in pantry adds a special moment with soft green cabinetry -beautiful, functional, and thoughtfully detailed. The Primary bathroom is a spa-like retreat, created for calm and relaxation, with luxurious finishes that make it feel like a personal sanctuary. Every element was carefully selected so the home feels cohesive, inviting, and perfectly suited to the way the homeowners live.

1960's Ensuite Makeover
A 1960s en-suite with plenty of personality - floor-to-ceiling pink tile and a blue tub - was ready for a fresh new chapter. The goal was to honor the home’s character while creating a space that felt more like the homeowners: modern, classic, and beautifully timeless. We fully gutted the bathroom and rebuilt it with clean lines, updated function, and classic finishes that keep the room warm and approachable. The result is a bright, polished primary bath that feels current without feeling cold - and it was an instant hit.
